Product Description
Product features:Tapered roller bearings have the rolling elements under the form of frustum of cone. They roll on tapered surface which, if extended, converges towards a single point on the bearing axis.
The rollers are guided tangentially by the cage and axially by the big rib of the inner ring, on which they have contact. As between rollers and raceways there is linear contact, they can take heavy radial loads. They can also take heavy axial or combined loads, depending on the contact angle caused by the tapered elements.

About Slewing Bearing
Slewing bearing is a special bearing, which can bear combined axial, radial loads and tipping momentetc.Generally, slewing bearing is equipped with installation holes, lubricant hole and sealing device in order to meet various requirements of main equipment in various operation conditions.Besides, slewing has compact structure, convenient to guide and rotate, easy for installation and maintenance. It is widely used for rotary device for rigging&transportation equipment, excavating equipment ,port equipment, medical equipment and military equipment.

Axial/radial bearings(rotary table bearings) with integral measuring system
The Austria AMOSIN steel grade measurement system including three parts:steel grade feet, reading-head and electronic assessment. The steel grade feet was installed on the inner ring of the bearing(figure 2), it is a steel ring with grids uniform distribution on. The reading-head was installed on the outer ring of the bearing (figure 1), it is near the steel grade feet, but not touch; there is a 0.1--0.2mm clearance between them.
When Working, the bearing rotary, the steel grade feet and the reading- head do non-contact relative motion, then turn the data which was collected by induction to the electronic evaluation (figure 6) through the cable (figure 5). The electronic evaluation then transfers the information to square wave or Positive harmonic signal. These signals were put into the numerical control system In the machine tools, to realize the measuring and control to the angular displacement.
