Product Description
Product features: We are producing all types of forged shafts that are extensively used in Petroleum & oil refinery industry, cement industry, mining machinery, wind turbine, heavy duty construction machinery, etc. As known high fatigue strength, resistance to abrasion & corrosion and long service life, these shafts undergo various quality tests to ensure flawlessness of products.
Forged steel work roll performs as a tool to transform materials under normal room temperature, therefore , it is the most wear and tear spare parts during the rolling process . With 2%Cr, 3%Cr, 5%Cr material series , we have greatly improved our products both in terms of quality and diversification .
Currently , our product is widely used in a variety of applications , such as anti hydrogen-attack roll, ultra-deep hardened roll, anti-roll mark roll, anti-roll accident roll and the high wear resistance roll and so on. Application: Petroleum,Chemical,Marine,Drug,Gas,Metallurgy,Mechanical,Food,etc...

The Process As Follow: ingot → heat → forging → heat treatment(normalizing+tempering) → inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd heat treatment → finishing machining → inspection .
Quality Control: UT,MT,RT,PT,chemical composition test,mechanical property test,etc.
Heat Treatment: Normalize,Quenching,Tempering,Anealled.
Surface Treatment: painting,plating,polishing,black oxide,transparent anti-rust oil.
Inspection: Besides our in-house inspecion, you could also choose a third party inspection.

1. Adoping high power press machine to realize interference fit
We are using a high power press machine which can produce 80T thrust to realize all the combination of spindle head and steel tube for the air shafts. Light type air shaft is with 0.03mm interference fit.Heavy type air shaft is with 0.06mm interference fit.While many factories knock it in with a big hammer,no quality and accuracy.
2. Adopting hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube as the shaft body
We adopt hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube as the shaft body.The thickness of this kind of tube is uniform so when the rubber balloon inside is inflated ,all key strips will stick out at same height .And it will greatly weaken centrifugal force of the whole air shaft when it is rotating and will keep a dynamic balance.
. Adopting whole long key bar and pagoda springs for key type air shafts
We use the whole long key bar to form a good protective ring around the air shaft air chamber ,and we adopt the pagoda springs which can bear 300000 compression spring .The key bar is made of aluminum alloy. It is light in weight and suitable for ordinary tubes such as paper tubes.
4. Adopting special equipment to connect air chamber and shaft head
The connection mode between the air chamber and the shaft head is very important process,our company are using special equipment to realize it.Outside is buckled by siderosphere directly which can realize good sealing performance and stability.
