The maximum blank forging capacity is that we can produce axial forgings with drawing out of 125t,
upseting of 90t and diameter of 1800mm.

Our company processes 216 sets gas-fired furnace,pit furnace and bogie-hearth resistance furnace with all kinds of specification.
We can provide reasonable and high-efficient thermal treatment method for all types of products.
According to the scientific process design,we can control the thermal treatment,

Processing equipment:
We have more than 450 sets professional lathe,milling machine,boring machine and
grinding machine for all types mill rolls.
We introduce 10ton,50ton high precision NC grinding machine from USA,
have the biggest NC mill roll grinding machine and lathe with the net load of 100tons,160tons.

Our machining workshop divides into roughing and finishing machinery department with
the area of 6300M2.
The main device is C84125,C84100,C8450 and other roller lathe,CK61125,CK61100 large
CNC horizontal lathe,CK5216A,CK5225 CNC vertical lathe and so on.
Furthermore,we have M84100,M1380,M1350 high-precision grinding machines,
X2010C,B270 milling machines,QZ029,QZ011 plum milling machine,more than 70sets.

Processing a variety of material can produce cast steel roll,cast iron roll,centrifugal roll,

Machnics property inspection
We own HL-11 digital hardness tester,four HS-19D hand-held hardness tester which can test HL,
HSD,HSC,HRC,HB and other different hardness value.Also WE-300C hydraulic universal testing machine and JB300 impact testing machine can test tensile strength,
elongation,cross-section shrinkage rate,impact toughness,thermal fatigue properties and others.
Chemical component inspection
Main equipment:DV-6 direct reading spectrometer of US BARID,CS-200 infrared carbon
sulphur analyzer of US LECO, 722 grating spectrophotometer instruments to accurate analysis
of raw material's element component:C,Si,Mn,P,S,Cr,Ni,Mo,Mg,Cu,Re,V,Ti,Nb,W and so on.All devices can precisely analyse the chemical component before the furnace.
Internal organization inspection
Main equipment:OLYMPUS-PME3 Japanese-type inverted metallurgical microscope,
CB-120 portable optical microscope, which can detect the implementation of microstructure
morphology and quantitative of rolls; We also have TUD300 Metal Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
and YJ-ED1-type Magnetic Flaw Detector for rolls, according to the requirements of national standards
for testing.
Appearance inspection
Main device:a full range of length, angle, screw thread, roughness tester, such as: JD18,
JDDA Length-based measurements, SLC-type dynamometer, SB-3-type dial indicator,
TR210-based rough and so on, all kinds of measuring instrument for testing, calibration,
to ensure compliance with roll-size drawings requested processing.
There is wire cut machinery for check a sample for the production to meet a variety of
test roll machining requirement. There are SCS-80T electronic truck scale, electronic hook
