Severe balling gear is a common way of transmission and mining industry, open gears are widely used in electric power, mining, cement,iron and steel, chemical industry, papermaking and other industries of large equipment, such as: ball mill, tube mill, rod mill, rotary kiln,drying machine, granulator, drum type pulper etc..
Its main features are: heavy load, low speed, large structure size and tooth surface roughness is high, severe working conditions (such as dust, high temperature, such as impact load). It can transfer the force and moment is very high (Dahongshan Copper ball milltransmission power 1250KW), so the tooth surface to withstand extremely high stress, open gear is usually mixed friction state (start,stop, during shear force is too large, such as impact load), except in the festival park position for sliding friction, in the process ofengagement still exist in a large number of sliding friction. So to lubrication protection effectively, prolonging the service life of the gears,reducing the loss of spare parts, stop loss, improve the operation stability of equipment, open gear lubricants must adopt appropriate and reasonable lubrication method

We design and pack gears and shafts refer to the following basic requirements:
1-Clean the spare parts after final inspection;
2- Wipe rust-proof machine oil on spare parts includes every details surface, tooth, internal hole, threaded hole, keyway and etc.
With wiping rust-proof machine oil the spare parts can be protected well without rusting, and be used or assembled directly after
customer/end user receive the goods;
3- Wrap the spare parts with waterproof plastic cloth, with this action the machine oil can be attached to the products body
better and meanwhile protect goods from moisture during transportation;
4- Wipe the product again with another strap to strengthen the protection of the goods;
5- At last put it into plywood wooden case or steel frame;
6- The space of the case is filled with PE foam or other fillers to prevent goods from rocking back and forth during
transportation.
